Stacey Wasserman, President

Stacey Wasserman has a proven track record as a senior sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry. Currently Stacey serves as the executive director of business development of GNS Healthcare, a leading provider of analytic solutions to pharmaceutical and health care customers. Prior to that, she was the senior sales director at Active Networks, which provides a social network analytics platform. Earlier in her career, Stacy spent 12 years with Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomas Reuters) where she was a top performer, selling data and consulting services to pharmaceutical companies. Other former roles include consultant for Skila and account director for IMS Health. Stacey started her career working in public relations for Johnson & Johnson.

Outside of work, Stacey lives in Princeton Junction, NJ with her two children and is involved in many local organizations. Stacey holds a M.B.A from Rutgers University School of Business and a B.A. in biopsychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Neil Weiner, Treasurer

Neil Weiner is the founder and chief investment officer of Foxhill Capital. Neil has multi-cyclical experience based on more than 25 years of experience managing hedge funds with expertise encompassing distressed, high yield, capital structure, convertible, and optional strategies. Prior to founding Foxhill Capital in 2005, Neil was a managing member/ co-portfolio manager at Triage Capital Management from 2002 to 2005. He was instrumental in managing the $1 billion distressed/ special situations fund, attracting institutional investors, and creating a substantial growth in assets. Prior to joining Triage, Neil was a managing director/ portfolio manager at Liberty View Capital Management from 1992 to 2002. Neil was responsible for several funds with a focus on credit-related and volatility-related strategies and was also a member of the firm’s executive committee. Previously, Neil was a sell-side equity analyst at Salomon Brothers.

Neil holds an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and B.A from University of Pennsylvania.

Marc B. Forest, Secretary

Marc Forest currently serves as the Vice President for Programming and Development for Madison Square Garden Networks. In this role, Marc is responsible for the day-to-day management of the programming department for MSG Networks and MSG Plus. Marc has been an integral part in the development of Emmy Award winning and nominated programs, most notably winning 2018 Emmy awards for Billy Joel: NY State of Mind and 4 Courses with JB Smoove. Prior to joining MSG, Marc spent time as a VP/General Manager at IMG Media, and held positions with the United States Tennis Association, Live Nation, and the National Football League. Marc was also the President and Executive Producer at Double Time Productions, a full-service sports and entertainment television production company.

Marc graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. When he is not working, Marc enjoys spending time with his twins Dylan and Nicole and rooting for their respective college sports teams, the Vanderbilt Commodores and the Wisconsin Badgers. Marc lives in Millwood, New York.

Chris Beeman, Director

Chris is the Worldwide Lead for Medtech at AWS where he works with the leading innovators in the medical device and biopharma industries to bring disruptive digital solutions to market. With over 20 years of commercial, organizational, and entrepreneurial leadership experience, Chris has spent the last decade helping organizations within the nonprofit and healthcare sectors create value through technological innovation and scale. Among those endeavors includes co-founding GiveGab which is a leading nonprofit giving platform.

In 2018, his son William was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia resulting in a liver transplant shortly thereafter. As a result of that experience, Chris, along with his wife Anna, have directed their passion and experience towards raising awareness for Biliary Atresia research, organ donation & transplant, along with the mental health aspects for chronically ill patients and their families.

Chris holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and resides in Hernando, MS with his wife and two children.

Sharon Tabor, Executive Director

Sharon Tabor is the founder of Platinum Parties, Inc, a professional event planning firm, which plans and implements all events details and creative design direction for private social, corporate, and nonprofit clients. With more than 20 years of experience, Sharon’s clients include many leading Fortune 500 companies. She is a graduate of the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Sharon is committed and dedicated to promoting the mission of the organization and bringing attention to its importance.

Martha Coburn, Administration

Martha Coburn is a management and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience. Currently Martha is working in the healthcare industry and with nonprofits. In the past, she has brought her skills to the automotive and media industries. Outside of work, Martha brings her passion to volunteering and supporting her community.
